Membership
There are many benefits to Membership in WHIN:
- WHIN provides professional development opportunities for members throughout the year, including conferences and workshops held in cooperation with other associations.
- Member Networking - contact with individuals committed to quality in their organizations and interested in sharing their knowledge and experience with others.
- Knowledge Transfer – via the on-line Networking Forum and via Communities of Practice with the BC Institute of Technology
- Newsletter - a regular newsletter that provides current information on quality programs, success stories, western initiatives and upcoming events.
- Current Communication - members receive timely communications via fax, e-mail, mail, and telephone.
- Membership Discounts - members receive preferred rates for WHIN sponsored events and programs.

Membership in WHIN is open to those that are interested in advancing health care quality improvement.
The membership year runs from April 1 to March 31.
There are three categories of membership:
